This is an ordering platform officially provided by Strongink specifically for company-level wholesale customers. The website is private and encrypted, with access granted by invitation only. Order data on this site is strictly protected and will not be accessed by any third party. Currently, prices are only visible after logging in. All new products are prioritized for launch on this website. 

Ordering Process

  1. Add all products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart.

  2. Click "View Cart" to confirm the color, quantity, specifications, etc., of all products.

  3. Click "Checkout" to proceed to the next step.

  4. Add shipping address information.

  5. Select a payment method.

  6. Choose your preferred shipping method—the shipping fee displayed at this stage is for reference only.

  7. Click "Confirm Order" to submit the order but do not proceed with payment.

  8. Wait for Strongink to confirm the shipping fee and apply the correct shipping cost to the order.

  9. Strongink will send a PDF file containing order details and payment information to the customer.

  10. The customer makes the payment according to the provided payment information and sends the payment slip with the order number noted to Strongink.

  11. After confirming receipt of the payment, Strongink will update the order status to "Paid."

  12. The order is complete, and you can wait for the goods to be prepared and shipped.

FAQ

  1. What is the current MOQ on the website?
    The minimum order amount is $1,000. Different products may have different MOQs. Check the product details for more information.

  2. What payment methods do you support?
     We support PayPal and Bank transfers.

  3. Are there any service fees for using PayPal or bank transfers?
    PayPal payments incur a 4.4% service fee charged by PayPal. Bank transfer fees are lower and are covered by Strongink, so customers are not charged any service fees if you pay with Bank transfer.

  4. Which currencies do you support for payment?
    Currently, we only accept payments in USD.

  5. What shipping methods are available, and how long do they take?
    We offer sea &rail freight, and air freight. Sea and rail freight are slower, typically taking 25-40 days, but the shipping cost is much cheaper, possibly only half that of air freight. Air freight is faster, usually taking 8-13 working days, including declaration and customs clearance.

  6. Are your products tax-inclusive?
    All products on the website are tax-exclusive. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes during customs clearance.

  7. If we lack customs clearance capabilities and want to save on taxes, do you offer shipping methods that avoid tariffs?
    Yes, logistics providers do offer such shipping methods. The shipping cost may be slightly higher than standard methods, but customers can receive their goods without paying tariffs or handling customs clearance.

  8. How long does it take for my order to be shipped after placing it?
    Typically, your order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks after we receive payment. For larger orders, such as those over $10,000, it may take 2-3 weeks to prepare and dispatch the goods.
